A Girl's Guide To Styling Neutrals

Hey everyone! Today's blog post is all about how you can style neutrals like a pro! Neutrals are commonly used in the minimalist and clean girl aesthetics, so if you're going for either of those looks I highly recommend neutrals! Neutrals are classic and classy all at the same time and are perfect for the young professional because they give your outfit a sense of maturity while being stylish which is perfect for school and work! 

Without further ado, let's get into the tips!

1. When wearing jewelry, go gold! It brings elegance to your ensemble and makes your outfit look luxurious and expensive!

2. Mix-and-Match neutrals! You don't always have to stick with a monochrome outfit! The best part about neutrals is that they don't compete with each other! You can pair beige, black and white colors with each other and still create a simple and classy look!

3. Add a pattern or texture! If you're trying to avoid having your neutral outfit look boring, or "stiff" the best way to avoid this is by adding another layer to your outfit, by this add a fun pattern or an alternating texture! This will make your outfit look a lot more exciting!

4. Don't be afraid to add pops of color here-and-there! You don't need to go all out by pairing your beige outfit with hot pink heels, but it does mean you don't need to be afraid of color! Neutrals work best with earthy tones, so try adding some sage green or brown tones into your next neutral outfit!

5. Add statement pieces! You guys know that I am all about these!! Even if they're the same neutral colors you already have in your outfit, pieces like sunglasses, hats and bags can still make a huge statement in an outfit, so choose wisely!
