How To Look Effortlessly Stylish

 

Hey everyone! Today I am going to be giving you a few different tips on how you can look effortlessly stylish and put together.

POV: You have this seriously basic outfit which needs more flair and you want to make it look good without overdoing it and you need a way to make it look more fashionable without make it look like you're trying too hard.

If you can relate to this then this post is for you!

My first tip is if you're wearing a bland tee, fold the sleeves! This may sound super obvious, but chances are - you didn't even think about it until now! This will give your shirt a more polished look while also keeping the casual aspect. 

My second tip is to do a half-tuck shirt. This will make you look super trendy and casual. (add some cute baggy jeans and some sneakers and this will make you look totally laid back and you'll be super comfy!)

My third tip is to roll up your jeans. This tip will not only give the allusion of having more height, but it also gives you a chance to show off your kicks! (Cute jeans + cute shoes = win!)

My fourth tip is to layer. I've seen a trend a lot in fashion where people layer tank tops over shirts and dresses, so if you're going for the layered look - I'd recommend it!

My fifth tip is to not over match your outfits. If you're going for the "trying but not trying too hard" vibe, matching is not it! If you're trying to go more casual and laid-back only have 1 or 2 items that match and have the rest neutral. This will show you tried, but almost like you didn't think too much about it! (When in reality it took you 30 minutes to create the look! 😂)

My sixth tip is to add accessories. Accessories can make all the difference if you're trying to add something else to an outfit, but when you're trying to make your outfit look effortless - less is more! Instead of wearing earrings, a bracelet, and a ring - choose one! You'll add that little bit of bling without having too much!
